Booking Policies
Cancellations + Rescheduling
Please cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance of your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment time will be charged 100% of the appointment service.
Appointment Deposits
All services require a $25 deposit to reserve your appointment. Deposits will be applied to your total balance at time of checkout.
Late Policy
Please arrive on time as a courtesy to others. There is a 10-minute grace period. Should you arrive after the grace period, your appointment is subject to cancellation and deposit forfeiture.
